No. You don’t need to be in Dallas, to work with us!

What are your methods of payment?
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
All credit card payments are processed by PayPal.
PayPal accepts all major credit cards. You do notneed to create a PayPal account to use it.
We also accept company checks written to: Moonlight Digital Photography “our Parent Company”.
How long do photography projects take?
Most projects are completed in about a week or sooner after your products arrive. If you have a large project or we have an exceptionally high volume that week, your project may take a little longer. Please contact us to discuss the turnaround time for your project based on the current production schedule.
What kind of photo license comes with the images?
Photographs come with a lifetime unlimited licence. We are not like other Studios that want you to pay each time you use their images.
I need a poster or large photo. Can you do that?
Yes, we can do that! Sometimes at an additional fee. We only use professional digital cameras and high-quality lenses so our Images are suitable for very large prints. Many of our clients use our photographs for posters and large banners. Please call us and discuss your needs and we will prepare a quote for your specific needs.
In what format can my photos be delivered in?
Web Optimized jpeg ” if you specify the size needed.”
The high resolution images are reduced to the specified size and optimized for use on the your website.

These full-size images are captured at a camera resolution of 4096 x 2731 pixels before cropping. Photographed toward print usage, these images are delivered at 300 DPI and saved using very high quality settings.
This image format is a great format for high resolution printing. Included at no additional charge. For more information, see our pricing page.
This format is used when masking is used to remove and leave the background transparent so that the product can be placed on another photo or background.
Need a different file format? No problem. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
What if I need a photo re-shot?
We do our best to meet your goal the first time, with any artistic endeavor their exists a possibility that an image may need to be digitally manipulated or completely re-shot in order to satisfy your requirements.
In anticipation of this possibility, we build in time for every project in case a photo needs to be changed. For every $250 of project cost, we include 15 minutes of revise / reshoot time / and or Photoshop time at no additional charge. This means that if you have a mid sized project of approximately $500, you will have 30 minutes of time available to you to revise existing images. This provides enough time to make minor changes in case something didn’t turn out as you expected.
If you would like to continue to fine-tune the photos beyond the time. We are happy to continue working at an hourly rate of $60 per hour. Thats half the price that most of our competitors charge.
How will my Photos be delivered?
Your photos will be posted to a secure website for you to approve. Photos will be marked with a text watermark until they are approved. Once approved, and appropriate payment or arrangements have been made the watermark will be removed, and you may download them at your leisure. We will store the images online for two months and archive them after that. We can also provide your images on a CD for an additional $5 if you wish.
May I decide how the products should be arranged?
Of course. We prefer to have a phone discussion with all of our clients before the product shoot to discuss your goals. Although we will definitely have recommendations of our own, we find it quite helpful when our customers arrange a basic layout with their products and take a snapshot with their cell phones or other devices and send it to us for layout and position.
How will you return my products?
We return your products by UPS. You will pay only the UPS shipping cost without markup.
Please let us know in advance if you need the shipment to be insured for a specific value with UPS.
Can I specify a specific size for my photos?
Yes. Call and lets discuss the ideal image size. We understand that you probably need to fit your product photos in a very specific place on your website. Just tell us what size you’d like your images to be, and we’ll send them in that size. Or you can send us the URL of the product page.
Can I get my photos on a background other than white?
Although white is the ideal color for making your products really jump off the page, we can use any background color you like at a small additional charge depending on your needs. Just be sure to specify the exact color. If you want us to match the background color of one of your web pages, please write down the URL, and we’ll get the color from your HTML code.
